Request a date and we'll hold it for seven days while you arrange your schedule. No charge during the hold period.
Your reservation is confirmed once we receive your deposit. The remaining balance is due thirty days before your observing date, or immediately if you book within that window.
Reschedule once free of charge, up to twenty-one days before your date, to any other available date in the same season. A second change depends on whether we can fill your original slot.
Stargazing events require a minimum group size. If we cannot reach it, we'll notify you twenty-one days ahead. You may choose an alternate date, a different observing location, or a complete refund.
Clear-sky forecasting insurance is required. Please tell us about any physical considerations or dietary needs — this helps us plan the evening and ensure everyone enjoys the telescope session and night sky observations.
Expert guidance, observatory access, shared telescopes and equipment, and all scheduled observing nights. Transportation to the site, personal clothing and insurance are your responsibility.
